1. Qualifications:
- Very Strong in Core java (version 8)
- In-depth knowledge on OOPs concept
- Good understanding of Collections Framework
- Multi Threading experience is a must
- Exposure to Memory management
- Strong Coding skills
- Strong Communication and English writing and verbal skills
- Agile development knowledge
- Education qualification is any Degree or higher.
2. Good to Have:
- Having OCJP Certification will get high priority.
- Having exposure to Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate & Micro-Services is added advantage.
- Knowledge on Cloud technologies is an added advantage.
3. Interview Pattern
- Candidate Must Complete Coding Test
- Must Clear Technical Interview
4. Responsibilities:
- Ability to do R&D on the internal implementation of Java
- Excellent Documentation and writing skills.
- Should have excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
