The company reported that it’s facing several severe security issues from online compliance service providers and professional services providers. Due to security reasons all of it’s business activity except Company Name Change was frozen since November 2023.
For a security reason, company name change is only current activity on going and all other functional activities and business activities are frozen. The company reported, until the potential security issues resolved, the business activity will be frozen, if security issues persists longer than expected the management would go for company closure.
